Why We Work
Everything we do is specific and purposeful. This content is not a series of modules or workshops. Each piece of content adds to the experience and prepares individuals for the next level of the process. The curriculum creates a 'compounding' experience that empowers individuals to truly challenge their own comfort zone, fully participate physically, emotionally and intellectually, challenge personal paradigms and commit to a deep learning experience and ongoing commitments. Our facilitation team is skilled and practiced in the art of getting full investment from 100% of participants: This is our standard. And we do this by meeting individuals where they are and giving them the tools and coaching necessary to take them where they can go.

Outside of HEART of a Leader, we facilitate curriculum needs based on any specific length of time and the number of participants you want served. Programs can be facilitated withing 1-8 hours or 1-4 days depending on workshop/retreat style and desires outcomes.
