About Ryan
Ryan Penneau is a 3-time national award winning presenter and facilitator who is passionate about creating space! Space for people to connect, for people to feel significant, and for genuine authenticity.
Alright, now this is Ryan talking :) I am a believer that people accept accountability and feedback and are willing to follow through when they feel supported and untethered from insecurity. In every program I have ever facilitated, my number one goal has been to create an atmosphere of transparency, connection and trust. I believe that when connection and trust...RELATIONSHIP....is established, we are more open and we accomplish more. And our events and results speak for themselves: Over 100 programs facilitated and 10,000 people served annually, 85% annual return of clientele, 100% above satisfaction rate of clients, we facilitate the only training in the country that has visited the same organization 6-8 times a year for 10 years consecutively, and a growing list of short-term and long-term personal and professional results obtained by participants that they attribute as a direct result of our programs. We do tremendous work. I'm proud of our 11 years of national growth and service.
Ryan gained his Masters in Experiential Learning in 2010 from Minnesota State University, he lives in Michigan with his wife and their three children, and he is an avid board-game enthusiast.
